**Membership fees are due on
January 1 of each year. Any member whose renewal dues are not paid by
March 1 shall not be in good standing and shall not be entitled to
receive the benefits of membership, including but not limited to voting,
participation on committees or the holding of an elected Office or Board
of Directors position. |

A.
Active Individual Member: $10.00. An individual, actively engaged
in the enforcement of development or construction regulations, currently
a member of a participating association, may become an active member
having one (1) vote. |
|
B.
Active State Association: $300.00. An ICC participating State
Association, within the Region 8 noted states, may become an active
member having one (1) vote. |
|
C.
Active Regional or Local Association: $150.00. An ICC participating
Regional or Local Association, within the Region 8 noted states, may
become an active member having one (1) vote. |
|
D.
Associate Member: $50.00. Any organization, institution,
professional individual, contractor, or business interested in the
purposes and objectives of ICC Region 8, pending approval of the Board
of Directors, and having no voting rights. |

E.
Retired Member: $0.00. Any former member, retired from a
member jurisdiction, and wishing to retain all rights and privileges of
an active member, excepting the rights to vote and hold office in ICC
Region 8. |

F.
Honorary Member: $0.00. Any person, firm, association or
corporation rendering outstanding services to ICC Region 8, pending
approval of the Board of Directors. |
